has been in the property management business for over 30 years.
The company handles all aspects of property management including
maintenance, rentals, repairs, record keeping, and unit reconditioning.
The
company currently manages the day to day operations for 194
units in Marshfield, Massachusetts, including Olde Stage Stop
Village, Pilgrim
Trail Condos, Ocean Colony Landing Condos and Hunter's Glen.
Our
office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
We
provide 24 hour answering service 7 days a week, year round
for emergency services related to common areas' septic systems,
hot water and heating systems.
While the interior is the unit owner's responsibility, please
call if we can be of service in an emergency.
